Shipping policy

Shipping Rates:

Orders UNDER $150 shipped within Australia = $10 flat rate.
Orders OVER $150 shipped within Australia = FREE Postage.
Australia Express approx 2-3 days delivery = $20.00.

Delivery times:

Average delivery times are usually within 1-3 business days. Rural/remote suburbs, can take up to 5-10 business days from the day of dispatch.

Transport/Courier providers

To ensure you receive your order as fast as possible KINGOFSUPPZ uses multiple transport Companies.

Receiving your packages

For your security purposes, a signature is required upon receipt of goods. Therefore, delivery should be to an address where someone is available to sign for and receive the goods during business hours.

In the event that no one is available to receive a delivery, a card shall be left advising the package is collectable at the nearest Courier or Australia Post.

Should you wish for deliveries to be left without signature (i.e. front door etc). This should be noted on your order comments and we shall be pleased to oblige on small orders.

Although if you are processing an order WITHOUT a signature, KINGOFSUPPZ shall accept NO RESPONSIBILITY for any lost or missing deliveries in this situation. All large value orders which are generally over $200 for security reasons will require a signature.

Unfortunate Events

In the case of a damaged/missing parcel, KING OF SUPPZ accepts no responsibility for items whilst in transit. 

We can assist you in lodging a claim but cannot guarantee you will receive compensation from the carrier.

Every item is quality checked before dispatching and is packed securely to keep it as safe as possible in transit, however, we cannot make any guarantees as to how the couriers will handle the parcel while in transit.

The fit for use clause refers to the situation where you cannot use the item you purchased for its main intended use.

This does not extend to:

Scratches, Dents, Faded Labels or any other minor discrepancy where the goods you have purchased are still able to be used for their main purpose.
